ETC....
If "BEN" is already in your local newspaper and you have a few moments to spare, don't hesitate to let your editor know you're happy they're carrying us. This reinforces the decision they made to sign "BEN"!

Here are a few newspapers you can e-mail:

WOULD YOU LIKE TO READ "BEN" IN YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER?

Answering yes means you could join a growing number of fans who already make "BEN" a part of their newspaper-reading routine.

Although comics are available daily online, there's still something familiar about reading them in the newspaper where it all started. Plus, newspaper sales are the only way we can continue to succeed at this. We are not owned by a major syndicate, choosing instead to venture for the past three years on our own. The success we've met and increasing feedback from readers have encouraged us to keep on going. So far the journey haas been worth it.

So CALL, WRITE or EMAIL your newspaper today!

Ask to speak to the editor in charge of the comics page. Get your friends to do the same. Suggest which comic strips you wouldn't mind seeing replaced because if there's one thing all editors have in common it's a reluctance to remove any comic strip for fear of offending readers. But if you feel strongly enough about "BEN" they'll listen and take notice.

IMPORTANT:
We'd like to know if you're planning on doing this
and for what newspaper because we can then send a press kit to the proper place. Since "BEN" is a small (but ever-growing!) comic strip we haven't had the chance or resources to send samples out to all 2,000 newspapers in North America. It's more likely than not that your editors have not even heard of "BEN" so putting them on our mailing list would be top priority.

So whether you're someone who'd like to take action, or a newspaper editor who'd like to make a change or addition to your comics line-up, or if you just want to comment on "BEN", we'd love to hear from you. Drop us a line at letters@bencomicstrip.com.

And thanks!
